CANCELLATION POLICY
ACT awards scholarships for educational programs to qualifying individuals. The deadlines for scholarship applications are four weeks before the camp, class, or show being applied for. Scholarships will be awarded based on merit as well as financial need.

Refunds are given based on the following cancellation schedule:
30 or more days prior to first day of class receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee.
29-7 days prior to first day of class receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to first day of class.
